If you are already enrolled in ALP and complete the necessary requirements, for £400 per person, you can earn 30 master’s credits towards this MA.

Description

The University of Buckingham is launching a brand new online MA in Teaching and Learning that is available from September 2020.

Our ALP course constitutes Module 1, Assessment in Schools, and other exciting modules will be available, written by leading experts. The course content is identical to the usual Assessment Lead Programme, but to be assessed you will additionally:

  • Pass end of module tests with 70% or more
  • Complete a portfolio comprising four critical reflections based on your meeting notes (500 words each)
  • Write a 3,000 word critical essay justifying your choices in your evidence-based school assessment system

The University of Buckingham master’s degree (of which ALP is one module) is a 180-credit course; ALP is worth 30 credits. Teachers with a level 7 PGCE can transfer in 60 credits.

The fee for accreditation is £400 per person.
