Turning theory into practice, into improvement

On 2nd October, the first ever cohort of the Assessment Lead Programme (online) will begin their journey to improve the quality and efficiency of assessment in their schools. That journey starts with a grounding in assessment theory. Building on this foundation, they will take the principles of effective assessment practice and put them to work – designing effective assessment questions, testing and refining assessment reliability and working with the tools, resources and the guidance we provide to lead the improvement of assessment practice in school.

This week, on our Twitter and other social media channels, we’ve been offering you a sneak peek at the Assessment Lead Programme, in the form of introductory videos for each of the modules, as well as an overall introduction.

The videos have seemed to go down well with those who are already registered and want to see what they’ll be up to, as well as those thinking about joining the Programme. Either way, the response has been great and we’re glad they’ve been well received.

If you’ve not yet seen the videos, you can view them all here!

Fewer than half of the places are now left on this limited first cohort, so don’t delay – if you’re interested, click here for more information and to register, or get in touch with us today.
